2. Enquiries and services

When you contact us, we process the contact details, message and project information you provide to answer your enquiry. Providing data is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to reply.

Preparing an offer or taking steps at your request before a contract relies on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence and the establishment, exercise or defence of claims rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Legally required records, such as accounting documents, rely on Article 6(1)(c).

We retain information for the enquiry or working relationship, then to the extent required by applicable legal obligations or limitation periods. Do not send sensitive information unless it is needed for your enquiry.

3. Website operation and security

The website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Providing and protecting the service may involve processing IP addresses, browser and device details, request times and technical logs. Our legitimate interest in operating a secure website is the basis under Article 6(1)(f). Log retention depends on providers’ policies and security needs.

There is no contact form. Email links open your email application. The Google business profile is an external link; that service’s privacy rules apply when you visit it.

4. Google Analytics — with consent

Google Analytics 4 measures visits and clicks on phone and email links only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Processing relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Refusing does not limit access to this website.

Google receives usage and device information and analytics identifiers. Contact-click events contain the type of contact and button placement, not message contents. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our configuration. We do not use these data for solely automated decisions producing legal effects.

Event retention at Google depends on the GA4 account settings and is separate from cookie duration. See Google’s partner-site information and Analytics data retention.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The localStorage entry sak_analytics_consent_v1 remembers your analytics decision for 180 days. The entry itself may remain until overwritten or cleared. This storage is needed to respect your choice.

Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* are set only with consent. Our configuration uses a lifetime of up to 180 days without automatic renewal. The technical Cloudflare cookie __cf_bm, if set, helps prevent bots and abuse and expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity.

The functional cookie sak_language remembers your manually selected language (PL or EN) for up to 180 days. On the homepage, if no preference has been saved, we use the browser’s language preference to select Polish or English. This does not determine your geographic location.

Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to change or withdraw consent. “Reject analytics” stops measurement and removes Analytics cookies accessible to the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser; this removes stored preferences. Cloudflare cookie details.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Recipients may include hosting, technical infrastructure, email and telecommunications providers and, when analytics is accepted, Google (in the EEA: Google Ireland Limited). Service-related information may also be shared with accounting or legal support and authorities where required by law.

Global providers may process information outside the EEA, including in the USA. Depending on the recipient, safeguards under GDPR include adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. 7. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You can withdraw analytics consent through the website settings.
